Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Severe degenerative knee arthritis; 2. initial unilateral TKR under elective general anesthesia; 3. ASAI grade II; 4. BMI20-25; 5. age 65-85 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lower extremity muscle atrophy, neuropathy, acute and chronic pain; 2. Long-term use of psychotropic and opiate drugs.
