18 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. first onset of stroke; 2. Course of disease is less than or equal to 6 months; 3. Sign informed consent and voluntarily participate in the study; 4. Stable vital signs, clear consciousness, no cognitive impairment and able to cooperate in completing the study; 5. age between 18 and 79 years; 6. Different degrees of motor dysfunction in hemiplegic limbs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with metal materials, cochlear implants and skull defects near the stimulation coil; 2. Risk of seizures: severe brain disease, trauma, idiopathic epilepsy, etc; 3. atients with severe cognitive impairment and unable to cooperate with the completion of the experiment; 4. Injecting botulinum toxin or using other antispasmodic drugs; 5. Patients with cerebral hemorrhage transformation; 6. Metal implants such as pacemakers or cardiac stents are installed in the body; 7. Patients with neurological diseases such as Parkinson's syndrome and Guillain Barre in the past;
