Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>= 18 years old 2. Planned to receive selective endoscopy 3. Expected surgery time more than 1 hour.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Requirement of vasoactive drugs (i.e., noradrenalie) to maintain blood pressure before surgery; 2. Cardiovascular events within recent three months (i.e., angina, myocardial infarction, and heart failure); 3. Cerebrovascular events within recent three months (i.e., transient ischemic attack and stroke); 4. ASA>= 4 Level; 5. Planned for biopsy surgery;
