Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients underwent CT diagnosis and had clear CT images; 2. patients confirmed to be papillary thyroid carcinoma after ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration biopsy; 3. patients were planned to receive lateral neck dissection and the ground truth of lateral cervical lymph node metastasis was according to the pathologic evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients received preoperative treatment, such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 2. missing clinical information; 3. hardly visibly lesions on CT images; 4. no surgical or lack of postoperative pathological information of lymph nodes; 5. The quality of the surgically resected tissue did not meet the RNA sequencing standards.
