Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age:18-60 years old; 2. Healthy; 3. BMI>= 25; 4. Right handedness; 5. Normal or corrected to normal vision; 6. Intention to loss weight.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use other ways to lose weight during the experiment time, including medication, exercise and diet; 2. Has been diagnosed with a serious physical or psychological problem; 3. Receiving medical or psychological treatment or help now.
