Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 55-80; 2. Mild cognitive impairment on subjective and objective examination; 3. The duration of memory loss was more than 3 months; 4. In MoCA, the illiteracy group scored 13 points, the primary school group scored 19 points, and the middle school or above group scored 24 points. 5. The Activity Daily Living Scale (ADL) was basically normal, that is, the score was less than 26; 6. Does not meet the Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR); 7. Exclusion of cognitive decline caused by special causes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Brain tumors; 2. Parkinson's disease; 3. Serious or unstable other medical diseases can affect brain function or affect the evaluation of cognitive function; 4. Have a history of acute cerebrovascular disease within 3 months; 5. Currently diagnosed as active epilepsy; 6. Dementia was diagnosed at baseline; 7. People with severe sensory and perceptual impairment, so that they can not complete the measurement of cognitive function; 8. have a history of depression, mania, delirium, anxiety and other mental diseases; 9. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 10. Those with diabetic complications; 11. Use MCI drugs or health food containing the main active ingredients of the intervention within 3 months.
