Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 65 years; 2. Diagnosed with hepatobiliary and pancreatic tumors, and planning to undergo hepatobiliary and pancreatic resection; 3. Volunteer to join the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative pulmonary infection was present; 2. Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 3. Preoperative history of depression, combined with Parkinson's disease, previous history of cerebrovascular disease with hemiplegia, confusion or mental impairment, oral levodopa, Donepezil hydrochloride and antidepressants, etc.; 4. Patients who give up surgery; 5. Preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
