Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sepsis patients who met sepsis 3.0 standards; 2. Aged >= 65 years; 3. Estimated hospital stay >= 3 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Terminal stage of disease; 2. The FiO2 of mechanical ventilation > 0.6; 3. Emergency surgical intervention is required.
