The results show that the horizontal displacement of the vertebral body >= 3.5mm or the angular displacement of the vertebral body >= 11°on the lateral or hyperextension or flexion films below the C2/3 of the cervical vertebra; (2) With neck pain, dizziness and other neck symptoms; (3) Age 18-45 years; (4) Those who volunteer as subjects and sign the informed consent form. 2. Cases of non-unstable cervical spondylosis: (1) Patients with neck symptoms such as neck pain; (2) He has been examined by cervical X-ray in the past year. The results show that the horizontal displacement of cervical vertebra below C2/3 is < 3.5mm and the angular displacement of cervical vertebra is < 11°; (3) Age 18-45 years; (4) Those who volunteer as subjects and sign the informed consent form.
