Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with newly diagnosed pancreatic cancer who did not receive any preoperative surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, immunosuppression, or molecular targeting therapy; 2. All patients with resectable pancreatic cancer were evaluated by preoperative enhanced CT; 3. Two pathologists were independently diagnosed as pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other malignant tumors (such as lung cancer, stomach cancer, colorectal cancer, etc.); 2. Patients with other contraindicated diseases such as serious circulatory and metabolic diseases; 3. Do not agree to participate in this project and quit the research halfway; 4. Abnormal WBC count in peripheral blood caused by infection symptoms before surgery, which failed to return to normal after anti-inflammatory treatment; 5. Patients who failed to undergo intraoperative radical resection of pancreatic cancer; 6. Patients with serious complications after surgery; 7. Postoperative death due to non-pancreatic cancer related causes; 8. Tumors of other sources occurred during reexamination; 9. Incomplete clinicopathological data and follow-up data.
