18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-64 years, gender unlimited, ASA I-II, BMI 18-30 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known benzodiazepine or dairy allergies; 2. Patients with a history of bronchial asthma, myasthenia gravis, schizophrenia, and severe depression, patients with predictable intubation difficulties; 3. SBP >= 160mmHg, DBP >= 95mmHg, HR >= 110 beats/min or <=50 beats/min.
