Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the project informed consent; 2. Aged 10-18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with liver, kidney and skeletal diseases that affect bone metabolism; 2. Taking drugs for the treatment of functional gastrointestinal diseases; 3. Patients who are participating in other clinical studies.
