Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children or adolescents with experience in using technology; 2. Aged 12 - 20 years; 3. Native Chinese speakers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People who have undergone similar interventions within the past year; 2. Persons with major mental or physical illnesses.
