Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Previously diagnosed with essential hypertension by medical institutions or have started taking antihypertensive drugs; 2. Proficient in using smart phones; 3. Have wechat account and skillfully talk and upload pictures use wechat; 4. Aged 45 - 70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With pre-hypertension or patients who do not start taking antihypertensive drugs; 2. With contraindications to exercise, including serious complications such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, muscle and joint pain, or those who cannot participate in exercise as recommended by the doctor; 3. With diabetes or nephrosis; 4. Overweight or obese screening by BMI; 5. Participate in other health intervention programs; 6. Have no sphygmomanometer.
