Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed naturally conceived double chorionic fraternal twins; Double fertilized egg implantation for assisted reproduction; 2. Twin offspring aged > 2 years; 3. Important information is complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Twin families lacking blood samples from either parent; 2. Refuse to participate in this study; 3. Patients participating in other clinical studies; 4. The researcher believes that other reasons are not suitable for participating in this study.
