Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were diagnosed with cervical cancer, prostate cancer and digestive tract tumor by specialist doctors according to relevant examinations and planned to receive pelvic radiotherapy; 2. Aged 18-75 years, no gender limitation; 3. Voluntarily participate in the experiment and sign the informed consent, and can cooperate with sampling and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have undergone gastroenteroscopy (or intestinal cleansing), barium meal examination, or used antibiotics, proton pump inhibitors, probiotics, prebiotics and other drugs and preparations affecting intestinal microbes within the last 1 month; 2. Have active infection, including mycobacterium infection and opportunistic infection, within the past 3 months or currently; Patients with intestinal perforation, intestinal obstruction, sepsis and other diseases; Mental abnormality; Severe immune deficiency; Fever; 3. Use or expected use of the vaccine within the last 3 months, during the study period, or within 6 months after the last study administration; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Those who are participating in clinical trials or have completed other clinical trials for less than 3 months; 6. Due to other circumstances, the researcher considers it inappropriate to participate in the study.
