Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Oral tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation; 2. Aged 18-85 years; 3. The expected mechanical ventilation time is more than 24 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Deep sedation is required (oxygenation index = 1 week before enrollment; 3. Invasive mechanical ventilation time >= 48 hours before enrollment; 4. It is estimated that mechanical ventilation support is required for a long time according to the condition, such as peripheral neuromuscular disease, brain stem injury, respiratory center involvement, etc; 5. Delirium, alcohol withdrawal symptoms or mental disorders, or use of antipsychotics; 6. Severe liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh grade C); 7. Surgical treatment is required during mechanical ventilation (except for short operations, such as lumbar puncture, ventricular drainage, etc.); 8. Study drug allergy or other contraindications; 9. Pregnant or lactating women; 10. Other RCT tests have been selected; 11. The patient himself or the legally authorized person is unwilling to participate in the test; 12. The researcher judged that the patient was not suitable for inclusion (such as severe hypotension, potential disputes, long mechanical ventilation support, etc.)
