Interventions

Group C:15min before induction of anesthesia, 10mL of normal saline was injected intravenously
Group A:15 minutes before induction of anesthesia, D-ketamine 0.25 mg/kg was diluted from normal saline to 10mL intravenously
Group D:15 minutes before induction of anesthesia, dexmedetomidine 0.8 ug/kg was diluted with normal saline to 20mL and pumped using a microinjection pump for 15 minutes
Group AD:15 minutes before induction of anesthesia, 0.25 mg/kg of dextro-ketamine was diluted from normal saline to 10mL intravenously combined with dexmedetomidine 0.8 ug/kg, diluted from normal sali

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the diagnostic criteria of COPD; 2. Patients were planned to undergo thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer under general anesthesia with double-lumen bronchial intubation, and the operation time was more than 2 hours; 3. ASA II-III grades.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with immune system, endocrine system, nervous and mental system diseases before surgery; 2. Patients with other respiratory diseases such as asthma and bronchiectasis; 3. Those with severe hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, glaucoma and other diseases; 4. Patients with active infection such as nephritis or severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Taking hormones one month before surgery and allergic or contraindicated users of the study drug dexketamine or dexmedetomidine.
