Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Comply with Diagnostic criteria for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (2) Comply with TCM syndrome differentiation standard of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome; (3) Male aged over 45;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients had received other medications with known efficacy for BPH symptoms (e.g., diuretics, antihistamines, or tricyclic antidepressants) within 4 weeks of enrollment; 2. The patient had other previous urinary diseases (prostatitis, urinary incontinence, urethral stricture, or prostate cancer), or had previous lower urinary tract surgery; 3. Complicated with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and renal insufficiency and other serious primary diseases; 4. Allergic constitution and history of severe drug allergy; 5. Suffering from mental illness; 6. Participated in other clinical investigators 6 months before the study.
