Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ADHD patients who visited the general outpatient department and children's outpatient department of Zhenjiang Mental Health Center between 2022.08 and 2022.12, and were diagnosed and reviewed by senior associate chief physician or chief physician of the department of psychiatry; 2. The subjects who meet the diagnostic criteria of ADHD in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) and the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10); 3. No history of other mental disorders, organic encephalopathy affecting cognitive function or serious organic diseases; 4. Wechsler Child Intelligence Test (WISC) total IQ >= 80; 5. All are Chinese Han population and right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for tDCS treatment: patients with metal device implants (such as cochlear implant, artery clamp, pacemaker, etc.); 2. Have the following serious diseases: history of brain trauma or cerebrovascular accident, patients with intracranial hypertension, skull defect, epilepsy and other serious neurological, circulatory, endocrine and other physical diseases; 3. Have audio-visual impairment and color blindness, color weakness or narrow Angle glaucoma; 4. Comorbidities of substance abuse/dependence, mental retardation, personality disorders, autism, tourette disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder; 5. Those who had used any medication (methylphenidate, tomoxetine, etc.) in the past to treat ADHD, or received other brain stimulation (transcranial magnetic stimulation, electroconvulsive shock, etc.).
