Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of onset is < 18 years old; 2. From January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2021, patients diagnosed with MDS in each enrolled unit, including patients with MDS secondary to congenital diseases or chemotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient himself or his legal guardian does not agree to join the group; 2. The patient with incomplete data or irregular treatment that is difficult to evaluate the curative effect.
