Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First stroke (including cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction); 2. Unilateral stroke (including cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction); 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the 4th National Cerebrovascular Academic Conference; 4. Outpatients with stable condition who have been admitted to the rehabilitation department for more than 4 weeks and less than 1 year after onset; 5. Hand dysfunction, fugl-Meyer scale score of wrist hand = 24; 8. NIHSS scores of unconsciousness, gaze, visual field and neglect; 9. Few or no serious complications; 10. Stroke confirmed by CT or MRI; 11. Understanding and signing informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with past serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ failure, uncontrolled hypertension, arrhythmia, severe coronary heart disease, diabetes complications poorly controlled; 2. Have a history of seizures or family history of epilepsy (whether primary or secondary epilepsy); 3. Frequent or severe headache; 4. Intracranial or external metal; 5. There are medical instruments in the body, such as pacemakers, medicine pumps, etc.; 6. Those who cannot complete the basic course of treatment and have poor compliance; 7. Pregnant women and recent participants in other clinical trials.
