Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 3 months - 6 years; 2. Children with ASA grade 1-3; 3. Incision with spontaneous breathing and no air before operation; 4. Children who need to maintain spontaneous breathing without tracheal intubation during surgery or treatment; 5. The subjects or guardians voluntarily participated in the experiment and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe facial deformity; 2. Risk of regurgitation and aspiration; 3. Difficulty in mask ventilation and intubation; 4. Children whose preoperative oxygenation could not be maintained and needed auxiliary ventilation; 5. Children who refused to cooperate with the treatment or refused to participate in the study.
