Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective colonoscopy; 2. BMI > 28 kg/m2; 3. Aged 18-65 years; 4. ASA grade II and III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency endoscopic surgery; 2. Patients with severe COPD; 3. Patients with hemodynamic instability before surgery; 4. Patients at risk of aspiration; 5. Pregnant women.
