Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018" adopted by the Chinese Medical Association, and confirm that the vital signs are stable by cranial CT or MRI examination; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee overextension of stroke in the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Disease in China": there is hemiplegia, and when standing or walking, the knee joint extension supported by the lower limbs on the affected side is greater than 5 °; 3. The first onset of the disease, the course of the disease = 2; 7. Aged 20 - 80 years; 8. The patient is conscious, without cognitive dysfunction, and cooperates with examination and treatment; 9. All subjects sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with poor compliance or severe cognitive dysfunction can not cooperate with treatment; 2. Patients with serious dysfunction of important organs such as heart, lungs, kidneys; 3. Patients with previous history of knee dysfunction, such as knee hyperextension and fracture before the onset of the disease; 4. Tone of quadriceps or triceps on hemiplegia lateral > III.
