Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy are: 1. The diagnosis of HCM should be consistent with the following criteria: left ventricular wall or (and) septal thickness >= 15mm on echocardiography, excluding other causes of cardiac hypertrophy, such as hypertension, rheumatic heart disease mitral valve disease, congenital heart disease (atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect) and metabolic diseases with cardiac hypertrophy. Cardiac MRI was performed if necessary; 2. Informed consent of the patient; 3. No communication barriers, able to complete the Hamilton anxiety Scale questionnaire.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has other serious diseases (advanced malignant tumor, respiratory failure, liver and kidney failure, and other diseases that seriously affect the survival of the patient); 2. Refuse to participate in the study; 3. Minors and pregnant or lactating women.
