18 Years to 88 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Adult men or women over 18 years old ? Periodontitis caused by plaque microorganisms ? At least 16 full-mouth teeth need periodontal treatment, including at least 4 molars.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Those who have conditions that interfere with periodontal examination, such as gingival hypertrophy and hyperplasia, who cannot tolerate periodontal probing examination and periodontal treatment due to excessive sensitivity ? Pregnant women or patients with periodontitis accompanied by systemic diseases Allergic to caine local anesthetics ? Long-term smokers who take antibiotics within half a year.
