Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female patients with breast cancer diagnosed clinically and pathologically and receiving radiotherapy for the first time; Age > 18 years old; Clear awareness, able to correctly understand the questionnaire and answer; The patient agreed and cooperated.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe liver and renal impairment; Patients with other tumors had severe visual and hearing impairment; Patients with mental diseases; Participate in other intervention programs during radiotherapy.
