Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part 1Inclusion criteria: 1. the location of specimen collection, previous clinical data, and pathological diagnosis was recorded completely; 2. Standard of specimen preservation conditions: specimens used for routine pathological examination and imaging are required to be stored in a neutral formalin-fixed solution; Samples used for intraoperative rapid pathological imaging are required to be frozen in liquid nitrogen; 3. The age range of subjects is 22-65 years old. Part 2 inclusion criteria: 1. The information such as the location of sample collection, previous clinical data, and pathological diagnosis is complete;2. the previous pathological diagnosis was confirmed to be correct by 5 pathologists; 3. The age range of subjects is 22-65 years old. Part 3 Inclusion criteria: 1. the location of specimen collection, previous clinical data, and pathological diagnosis was recorded completely; 2. The age range of subjects is 22-65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Part 1Exclusion criteria: the specimens that were unable to obtain materials due to mucoid substances in general observation. Part 2Exclusion criteria: case-related loss of the sections or tissue wax blocks. Part 3Exclusion criteria:?HE sections or tissue wax blocks of the cases were lost. ?The case was a biopsy specimen.
