Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Compare the improvement of cognitive scales of MCI patients in the precision targeting group and the conventional treatment group, and whether there is a significant difference; | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| To analyze the effect of individualized and precise iTBS treatment on neural circuit abnormalities in MCI patients; The relationship between the changes of brain functional connectivity pattern and the therapeutic effect of individualized and precise iTBS was analyzed; | — |
