Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Unstable femoral intertrochanteric patients, that is, following the AO classification of femoral intertrochanteric fractures, included type A2 and A3 fractures as complex femoral intertrochanoteric fractures.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who refused to participate in this study, minors, patients who cannot tolerate anesthesia and surgery, skin infection or serious skin diseases, patients with a history of fracture surgery or skeletal development deformity of the proximal femur, patients with interpersonal communication difficulties, and patients with a history of psychiatric diseases.
