Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meet the diagnostic criteria for Moyamoya disease and other cerebrovascular diseases; 2. The continuity of the experimental project;(3) Patients and their family members give informed consent and fill in the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients with end-stage diseases and mental diseases; 3. Cases who are participating in or have participated in other clinical trials within 3 months; 4. Previous history of intestinal pathogen infection; 5. Oral antibiotics or proton pump inhibitors (PPI) in the past 2 weeks, and immunosuppressive patients.
