Inclusion criteria: 1. AMOA, the primary lesion was mainly confined to the anteromial compartment of the knee, and Kellgren-Lawrence[22] classified it as grade III-IV; 2. correctable intra-articular deformities with lower extremity varus less than 15°; 3. Exclusion criteria: Preoperative X-ray examination revealed Kellgren-Lawrence grade III-IV osteoarthritis of the patellofemoral joint and lateral condyle compartment, a history of knee trauma, anterior cruciate ligament defect or reconstruction, and inflammatory arthritis.
