30 Years to 86 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent biopsy or surgery of lung tumor; 2. Patients with IHC examination of PD-L1 performed; 3. Histological type and grade were pathologically proven; 4. Standard 18F-FDG PET/CT was performed before biopsy or surgery; 5. Complete clinical profile.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Therapy (radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or chemoradiotherapy) was performed before 18F-FDG PET/CT and IHC; 2. Patients with unknown histological grade; 3. The size of the primary lesion was too small for segmentation; 4. Multi-center primary lung cancer; 5. Patients with other types of cancers or with incomplete clinical and imaging datasets.
