Experimental group:Radioactive 125I seeds implantation treatment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with stage IV thymic tumors; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. Karnofsky Performance status (KPS) >= 70 before treatment; 4. Progression or residual tumor after routine surgery/chemotherapy/radiotherapy; 5. Lesions are visible by CT or ultrasonography and have achievable puncture paths; 6. Absence of abnormal blood coagulation and platelet >= 100 x 10^12/L

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Expected survival < 3 months; 2. Massive pleural effusion on the target side; 3. Active pulmonary inflammation; 4. Other treatments for target lesions, such as chemoradiotherapy and immunotherapy, were given within 1 month before 125I seeds implantation.
