Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Motor dysfunction; 2. HINE standardized score < 73 points; 3. Abnormal cranial magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); 4. There are high-risk factors for cerebral palsy. Among them, 1 is a prerequisite, and 2 of the other 3 items can be diagnosed as abnormal; 5. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Clinically suspected serious genetic abnormalities; 2. With severe epilepsy or epileptic encephalopathy; 3. Serious diseases of other organs; 4. During rehabilitation treatment, other diseases that seriously affect the prognosis should be withdrawn from the study.
