Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years or older; 2. male at birth; 3. had anal/oral intercourse with a man; 4. testing HIV-negative at study entry; 5. be able to access the WeChat app with a smartphone; 6. be able and willing to provide informed consent electronically.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. concomitant use of PrEP at study entry; 2. cases of sexual assault; 3. creatinine clearance < 30ml/min; 4. known coinfection with chronic hepatitis B at study entry.
