Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: >= 35 years old; Residents who volunteered to participate in this study, including doctors and study subjects, participated by themselves (through posters / WeChat).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failure to cooperate with pulmonary function examination (such as dementia, tooth defect and failure to form a good closure, etc.); Contraindications for pulmonary function test: chest infection in the past 3 weeks, hemoptysis in the past 1 month, severe angina pectoris, uncontrolled hypertension, pneumothorax, or tuberculosis, heart attack, retinal detachment or chest / abdomen / brain / ear / eye surgery in the past 3 months; Pregnant and lactating women; Previous adverse reactions to salbutamol; The researchers considered it inappropriate to participate in this study.
