Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who need upper gastrointestinal endoscopy under general anesthesia, Asai ~ II, aged 18 ~ 60 years, BMI 20 ~ 25, are ethical. The patients are willing to take the test and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Chronic lung disease or air breathing SpO2 < 95, moderate to severe drinking, emergency surgery, clinical or imaging evidence showing gastric obstruction, intestinal anatomical changes, high risk of bleeding, unstable circulation, estimated treatment time of more than 30 minutes, unable to give informed consent. Patients with cerebral infarction within 3 months before operation had mental illness. Identified / suspected abuse or long-term use of narcotic sedatives and analgesics; Those who are allergic to conventional narcotic drugs or have contraindications; Patients who participated in other clinical studies at the same time.
