18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Both male and female, aged from 18 to 65 years, with a course of disease of 6 months or more; Insomnia severity index (ISI) >15 points (2) ASA is classified as grade I ~ II; (3) Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) score >7; (4) In the past, after more than two different types of drug system treatment, there were still insomnia symptoms;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Have a history of serious physical and mental diseases; (2) History of severe head trauma, history of epilepsy and abnormal electroencephalogram; (3) Previous allergic history of scopolamine, dexmedetomidine and propofol; Glaucoma, organic pyloric stenosis or paralytic intestinal obstruction; (4) Unable to understand the contents of relevant scales; (5) Pregnancy plan during pregnancy, lactation and short term; (6) Low blood volume and severe heart block
