Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with idiopathic intracranial hypertension who met the following diagnostic criteria: (1) papilledema; (2) normal neurological examination except for the abducens nerve; (3) normal neuroimaging findings: no hydrocephalus or mass Or structural damage, no abnormal meningeal enhancement on magnetic resonance imaging; (4) normal cerebrospinal fluid examination; vision loss, tinnitus, cognitive impairment, etc.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No informed consent was signed; 2. Venous sinus stenosis was confirmed by MRV; 3. The width of the optic nerve sheath (measurement of the cerebrospinal fluid ring around the optic nerve) was >2 mm; 4. IIH patients were treated without primary surgery; 5. Severe underlying organ diseases, such as severe heart disease; 6. There are other contraindications related to surgery.
