18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years old; 2. Able to provide informed consent; 3. Physician/doctor approval; 4. ECOG performance status 0–2; 5. Completion of treatment (surgery, chemotherapy, or radiotherapy) for stage I-IIIA NSCLC; 6. Not currently meeting physical activity/exercise guidelines (150min of moderate intensity physical activity or 75 minutes of vigorous physical activity and 2-3 resistance sessions per week);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Experience with other cancer diseases; 2. Engaged in other research trials that affect the results of this study; 3. Unable to return to the hospital for study intervention and assessments; 4. Cognitive impairment (determined as not being able to provide consent for medical treatment); 5. Patients with concomitant diseases or medical conditions that make them unfit for exercise, such as acute uncontrolled cardiovascular disease or mental illness.
