60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grades ?-?; 3. Elective gastrointestinal surgery with surgical duration >= 2 hours; 4. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe preoperative hypertension; 2. Patients with severe preoperative arrhythmia or hemodynamic attenuation; 3. Patients with severe sleep disorder or chronic pain before surgery; 4. Preoperative use of antipsychotic drugs, sedative-hypnotics, or narcotic analgesics.
