Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Part I: 1. MRI showed that the distance from the cerebellar tonsillar hernia to the plane of the foramen magnum was >= 3mm; 2. Patients undergoing surgery for the first time. Part II: 1. MRI showed that the distance from the cerebellar tonsillar hernia to the plane of the foramen magnum was >= 3mm; 2. Exclude clinical symptoms caused by other intracranial diseases; 3. Patients undergoing surgery for the first time; 4. Obtain the informed consent of patients and their families, and be willing to actively cooperate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Part I: 1. patients who refuse surgical treatment; 2. Patients who underwent nail rod internal fixation; 3. Patients lost to follow-up due to various reasons. Part II: 1. patients with major basic diseases and surgical contraindications; 2. Patients and their families are unwilling to undergo surgical treatment or refuse to participate in the trial; 3. There are patients with mental retardation, mental disorder, and language expression disorder
