18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18~ 80 years old; 2. Those diagnosed with colorectal cancer by preoperative pathology or colonoscopy; 3. Patients undergoing radical colorectal cancer resection; 4. ASA grade I-III grade; 5. BMI index >= 20; 6. Initial patients have not received any treatment for bowel cancer except neoadjuvant chemotherapy; 7. No evidence of distant metastasis before surgery; 8. Willing to participate in the research of the subject and agree to follow up regularly.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with relapsed colorectal cancer who are going to undergo surgery and re-excision; 2. Accompanied by other malignant tumors; 3. BMI < 20 kg/m^2; 4. History of systemic metabolism such as diabetes; 5. Have a history of immunotherapy before surgery; 6. Combined with clinically significant cardiopulmonary dysfunction, brain disease, renal or hepatic dysfunction; 7. Combined with diseases of the immune system or hematopoietic system; 8. Patients with unresectable tumor burden or distant metastasis who intend to undergo palliative surgery; 9. Patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease, difficulty swallowing, intestinal obstruction; 10. Patients who refuse to participate in the study or cannot receive follow-up.
