Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years old (including 18 and 65 years old), sex is not limited; 2. BMI18-25kg/m^2; 3. Patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic lobectomy under general anesthesia; 4. ASA I-III level; 5. There was no history of chronic pain before the operation, no complication of hypertension and heart disease, no serious lung infection and atelectasis,liver and kidney function were normal; 6. Patients who were fully aware of the purpose and significance of the trial, volunteered to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had undergone anesthesia or surgery in the first 7 days of the study, or who had had another thoracotomy 48 hours after the procedure, were randomized; 2. Patients with history of acute myocardial infarction and unstable Angina pectoris in 6 months before the screening period 3. Patients with severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure >= 160 MMHG, diastolic blood pressure >= 90 MMHG) or with hypotension (systolic blood pressure < 90 MMHG) without satisfactory control; 4. People with mental illness (such as schizophrenia, depression, etc.) or cognitive impairment; 5. People with a serious lung infection; 6. People with severe Coagulopathy; 7. People history of drug abuse, drug use; 8. The operation involved both side.
