18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age is between 18 and 65 years old; 2. ASA grade ? and ?; 3. BMI 18-30kg/m^2; 4. Patients to be operated on elective general anesthesia surgery; 5. Sign the informed consent form for anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refused to participate in this study 2. Previous smoking, asthma, chronic cough, and a history of upper respiratory tract infection within one month before the operation. 3. Patients with contraindications to melamine (such as glaucoma, macrovascular aneurysms, etc.) 4. Use drugs that may interfere with the study, such as angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, antidepressants, bronchodilators, steroids, opioids, or other drugs. 5. Patients with severe abnormal heart, lung, liver, and kidney function 6. Have a history of mental illness or are unable to communicate and cooperate
