5 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the diagnose criteria of DSM-V for attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder; 2. Aged between 5 and 12; 3. Wechsler test; IQ>=70; 4. Voluntary or guardian consent to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have drug allergy; 2. Those who cannot perform CAS inspection; 3. Abnormal eeg examination; 4. People with Down's syndrome, fragile X syndrome, Rett syndrome, tic disorder, mental illness, and severe emotional disorder. Abnormal liver and kidney function, ion, electrocardiogram can not take the concentration; 5. Currently taking medication for ADHD symptoms; 6. Taking psychotropic drugs within 4 weeks.
