Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In the computerized electronic medical record system, the patients who stayed in all ICU wards of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 2015 to December 2020 and sent for examination of pathogenic specimens cultured fungus-positive patients were extracted.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those under the age of 18; 2. Those who stayed in ICU for 100 days; 3. People with HIV infection; 4. Those with incomplete information.
