Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Prospective research stage Inclusion criteria: 1. At present, it meets the criteria of diagnosis of major depressive disorder and 17 items of Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) in international classification of disease (ICD-10); HAMD score (17 items) >= 14 points; 2. In 2022, he was first admitted to hospital, and there is no metabolic syndrome at present; 3. Between 35 and 70 years old, regardless of gender; 4. Han nationality; 5. Sign the informed consent of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Depressive attacks with other mental diseases and psychotic symptoms such as hallucinations and delusions; 2. Patients with serious nervous system diseases or other serious physical diseases, such as tumors, myocardial infarction, severe heart disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, etc.
